PH888 Phone Storage: Free Up Space So the Lobby Stays Open

When phone storage runs low, browsers drop open tabs and reload them, which interrupts a lobby session.

Phone storage sounds unrelated to a casino lobby until your browser starts reloading the page every time you check a message. When space runs low, the phone frees memory by closing background tabs, and a lobby session is one of the first things to go. Free some space and the problem usually stops. The browser side is covered on the best browser for Android pillar.

Before you start

  1. Back up photos you want to keep, for example to Google Photos or iCloud.
  2. Note which apps you have not opened for a month.
  3. Keep your wallet and bank apps; they are small and you need them.

How to free up storage, step by step

  1. See what uses the space. Android: Settings, Storage, then a category. iPhone: Settings, General, iPhone Storage.
  2. Remove what you do not need. Old downloads, videos and unused apps go first.
  3. Turn on automatic clean-up. Android: Settings, Storage, Free up space, the menu, Settings, then Smart Storage.
  4. Restart the browser. Close it fully, reopen and load the lobby again.

Free up storage on Android

Google’s help page on freeing space on Android gives the manual route:

  1. Open Settings, then Storage, then Free up space.
  2. Scroll to a category and select files.
  3. Tap Move files to Trash.

It adds two shortcuts: delete backed-up copies of photos through the Google Photos app, and uninstall unused apps, which you can reinstall later. Clearing an app’s cache and data is also possible from Settings, though the path varies by phone maker.

Free up storage on an iPhone

Apple’s page says the iPhone Storage screen lists recommendations and every app with the space it uses:

  1. Open Settings, General, iPhone Storage.
  2. Tap Show All under the recommendations to review them.
  3. Tap an app to see its details.

From an app’s details, then choose Offload App to free its space while keeping documents and data, or delete it entirely. Apple also notes that when space runs low the iPhone automatically removes items it can download again, such as unused apps and temporary files.

Phone storage freed: what happens next

With space free, open the lobby again in Chrome on Android or Safari on an iPhone and leave it running while you switch apps. If it still reloads, close other heavy apps such as video players and games. If the page will not load at all, storage is not the cause: see the DNS blocked explainer. On an iPhone, clearing Safari’s cache can also help, as the Safari settings page explains.

Common errors

Problem

You deleted the browser's data and lost your saved login.

Fix
That is expected: site data holds the sign-in. Log in again from the lobby’s own address.
Problem

The phone filled up again within a day.

Fix
A messaging app is probably saving every photo and video. Turn off automatic media download in that app’s settings.

Space freed, check the game you want first; the JILI games overview lists each title’s published figures.

FAQ

How do I check phone storage on Android?

Google's help page says to open the Settings app, tap Storage and select a category to see what uses space.

What does Offload App do on an iPhone?

Apple's page says it frees the space the app uses while keeping its documents and data, so you can reinstall it later and carry on.

Will clearing my browser cache log me out?

Clearing cookies and site data usually signs you out of websites. Clearing storage elsewhere on the phone, such as old videos or unused apps, does not.
