PH888 forgot password

Problem

Your password is refused and you cannot remember it.

Fix
Tap Forgot Password under the Login form. If you still hold the registered phone, switch to Code login and sign in with an SMS code instead; the PH888 login dialog page shows both routes.

Customer service can only help once it knows which account is yours. Give the registered phone number or profile exactly as you typed it at sign-up, and never send your password in a chat.

PH888 not working on your phone

Problem

The lobby loads a blank page or never opens.

Fix
Your network may be blocking the address. Go back to ph888.com or the link portal and open another mirror listed there, in Chrome or Safari, before you contact anyone.
Problem

A game opens and freezes.

Fix
Close the game tab, reload the lobby, and open the title again from its studio’s own tab. Note the title and the time before you report it.

A cash-out that has not arrived

Problem

You requested a cash-out and it has not reached your bank or wallet.

Fix
Read the Help Center’s cashout answer first: the lobby says you withdraw through Cashout by entering the correct bank card information. Then contact support with the request time and the amount, and keep your own screenshot of the request; the PH888 how-to-withdraw page covers the route.

PH888 contact: registration problems

Problem

The Register button does nothing or rejects your number.

Fix
Check both password fields match and stay within 16 characters, or switch to Code register. The PH888 login register walkthrough lists each field; contact support only if the form still refuses you.

  1. Your registered phone number or profile.
  2. The screen you were on and the button you tapped.
  3. The time it happened, to the minute.
  4. A screenshot of any error.
  5. For money questions, the amount and the request time.

Use only the routes inside the lobby. Handles and numbers posted in comments or chats are not part of the Message Center, so do not send account details through them.
